About Our Pilates Fitness and Wellness Programs

Pilates Fitness and Wellness Studio offers an immaculate, comfortable  fitness atmosphere specializing in Pilates Programs that focus on your personal needs and abilities. Pilates sessions are one-on-one, which are generally 60 minutes in duration.  Each motivational  Pilates Session  is specific to your abilities, concentrating on  correct body alignment,  strengthening, increasing your flexibility, and perfecting your balance.  We emphasize  learning the teachings of  Joseph Pilates technique, as sessions progress. We insure you get a quality session and reach your greatest potential, safely. 

 For  an additional boost to Pilates Programs try Cross Training Programs.

If you care to change it up a bit or would like to add cardiovascular exercise to your regiment, we offer additional Balanced Body Fitness Programs that compliment any  Pilates program.  Take a look at some of our other  quality programs we offer, such as TRX Suspension Training, Weight Training or High Intensity Training for the more athletic clients. Yes, Pilates Reformer can be aerobic and you also continue to work your core strength and stability.
