Joseph Pilates based his mat repertoire on " Contrology", which is complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. Through Contrology you first purposefully acquire complete control of your own body and then progressively acquire that natural rhythm of movement and breathing.

Pilates method teaches you a more natural coordinated movement which improves our balance, posture and control of our body.

Mat movement strengthens the body as it stretches,  lengthens and improves your posture and balance. Pilates method will gradually re-align your body, change your posture, increase your core strength and often eliminate pain associated with muscle imbalances and poor posture.
